Susan Francke

Susan joined the Ashley|Rountree team as a consultant focused on executive searches. She has spent most of her career assisting both for-profits and not-for-profits with recruiting, hiring, and managing an organization’s employees. With over 20 years of experience, her expertise is in recruiting, interviewing and selection, as well as training and policy development. 

Passionate about helping organizations find people who are the right fit, Susan feels it is a priority to take into consideration an individual’s skills, values, experiences and the personality of the organization and its team.  She understands the value and the cost to the individual and the organization of making the best employment choice. 

A native of Louisville, Kentucky, Susan has an undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton and an MBA from the University of Louisville. Outside of work, she spends as much time as possible at the lake and hanging with her husband and their four kids.
