Kacy Noltemeyer

Senior Consultant

Kacy Noltemeyer has been heavily involved in the Louisville nonprofit field for over ten years. A graduate of Bellarmine University, Kacy started her career at the administrative level gaining knowledge and developing skillsets in all aspects of advancement. A strong believer in knowing an organization from the inside out, Kacy spent four years at the Louisville Zoo as the Development Coordinator during the implementation and completion of the Glacier Run $25 million campaign. While there she managed a successful portfolio of foundations and grants—including a $900,000 challenge grant from the prestigious Kresge Foundation—in addition to showing positive growth in the Annual Fund and other operational support programs.

Finding her niche in foundation work and annual giving, in 2011 Kacy started at Hosparus as the Senior Manager of Annual Giving. While there she was responsible for the Annual Fund through methods such as direct mail, personal solicitation, grants, honorariums, and memorial gifts—specifically the Grateful Families program for this 33-county organization. In 2013 Kacy went on to be the Director of Development for Sacred Heart Schools, primarily responsible for managing a staff of three in addition to providing operational support of $1 million annually. While at Sacred Heart, the organization saw its highest net revenue Interlude Dinner and Auction, in addition to a 16% annual increase in the Annual Fund and an all-time high annual giving.

Kacy joined Ashley|Rountree and Associates as a part-time consultant in 2017 in order to spend more time with her two small children while still maintaining her interest in philanthropy and nonprofit support. Her broad range of fundraising experience and community involvement makes her relatable to all positions and types of shops.
