John Siebert

John Siebert is an expert consultant with over 10 years of experience in improving overall operations and outcomes for business and not-for-profit clients.  John has a keen interest and significant achievement in the areas of strategic/business plan development, organizational development, capacity building, human resources, board development and executive coaching.  He is a highly esteemed professional, described by friends and colleagues as committed, knowledgeable, passionate and a great communicator. 

John is President and Owner of Siebert Consulting, partnering with Ashley|Rountree to provide Organizational and Capacity Development Services, specializing in small to medium size businesses and nonprofits.  As Senior Organizational Consultant for JDLevy & Associates, John’s focus is strategic redevelopment and planning, human resource development and executive coaching. 

John also partners with the Indiana Youth Institute as a Consulting Partner in IYI Consulting Services.  Indiana Youth Institute promotes the healthy development of Indiana children and youth by serving the people, institutions and communities that impact their well-being.  John provides both custom solutions and professional one-on-one projects. Consultants for IYI are carefully screened based on interviews, education, past experience with nonprofits, recommendations from clients, style, the ability to communicate clearly and a heart for helping nonprofits.  The services through IYI, are Strategic Planning, Board Development, Volunteer Recruitment, Executive Coaching, Survey Tools and Focus Groups, Policy and Procedure Manuals as well as Human Resource Development.

John brings more than 30 years of Organizational Development Experience in for-profit and not-for-profit areas. John spent 20 plus years as an Entrepreneur and Owner and Manager of several businesses. Prior to Siebert Consulting, IYI and joining JDLA, he was Senior Vice President with NECS Consulting.
