Jayne Labes

Jayne Labes is a professional with 30 years of nonprofit development and communications experience in the Louisville community, strengthened by ten years of sales and related management expertise. Areas of expertise include fund development, communications, public relations, grant writing, special events, and working with nonprofit boards.

She began her development career with the Methodist Evangelical Hospital Foundation, which later merged with Norton Hospital Foundation. After seven years in healthcare, Jayne served five years as Director of Development at The Chance School. She began consulting for local nonprofit organizations in 2002.

Jayne holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kentucky. She is a member of the Center for Nonprofit Excellence; a past board member of Wesley House Community Services; and is a member and past president of the Fund Raising Executives of Metro Louisville.
